Right on,is there a lot of bounce with the stock struts.I'm stuck don't know if I want to run the stockers or get some new ones, car has 70,xxx miles on it with the stock tires it felt good.Just don't know about with new lower springs.
I put my lowering springs on with like 80k on my previous 2006 G6, and the ride was just fine. It wasn't till I complimented the new springs with the 18" wheels and low protires, that I came to appreciate both of them at the same time. Springs, along with quality low pros, really do make the car much more like a magnet on the road, when driving.
However, I think Phenom will agree, that the G6GT and it's ability to perform, is certainly reachable. Like how well the car handled on Mulholland Drive, with 235/40R18's and Eibach Springs. I'm sure Phenom, as a passenger, probably used his inside yelling voice at me a couple of times during that drive, however, it handled very very well, the tires were Goodyear Eagle F1's and thankfully they lasted throughout the drive, or it could have been an ugly......we got a flatski on the way home, the rear driver side tire was basically shredded and all the others were on their way out. Replaced all 4 the following day, 225/45R18's now, and it's just as though I never lost anything.
I can't wait to see the wheels and tires you get for your car come this summer, and then we'll get to enjoy some driving. heck, lets get together for the "spooky street" that's out behind you're home, soon enough. I think maybe the 26th, that's the day of your dublin thing, with the gto forum, I'll come up to San Jose, maybe the night before, with kelsey and we'll take a nice ride up the hill, you follow, and then I'll follow you back down the hill. Preferrably during the day because I don't wanna hit any stray ghosts or anything.

When you thinking of doing those headers? I'm looking to do the same thing I could use some advice. Are you installing them yourself or a shop? Just wondering cause u don't live far from me idk if you have a shop that could do it.
